How do you get 24 with these sets of numbers ?

Like by adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing ?

you can only use each number once.

it has to equal 24

7, 4, 5, 5

6, 9, 1, 1

8, 2, 4, 3How do you get 24 with these sets of numbers ?
So here's the first one:

First you divide 5 by 5 = 1. 7 minus 1 - 6. 6 * 4= 24

Here's PEMDAS: [7-(5/5)] * 4

Second.

First add 1+1/ Then, multiply it by 9, gives you 18. Add the 6 and u got 24. PEMDAS: [9* (1+1)] + 6 = 24

Third

First you subtract 3 from 4. Then add 2. Then multiply by 8.

[(4-3) + 2] * 8 = 24How do you get 24 with these sets of numbers ?
Sorry, it's a bit unclear - I took your question as a single problem needing all the numbers. Is this three separate problems? If so, my answer doesn't apply.

The sum of the numbers is 55. If I put minus signs in, I can change that sum by an even number, so you can't do it with only + and - signs.

So we need exactly one multiplication. Start with (1x2) and put + signs between all the numbers.

That gives you 54.

(+7+ 4+ 5+ 5+6+ 9+ 1+ 1*2+ 8+ 4+ 3 = 54)

You need to reduce the sum by 30, and every + you change to a minus will reduce the sum by twice the number whose sign you changed... so find some numbers in there that add to 15 and change their sign from + to - and you're done.
(7-(5/5))x4=24

thats all i have so far
