Is there a name for an origami-like toy that has numbers and words on it?

Little girls used to play with a homemade, origami-like toy that folded and unfolded, was propped up with two fingers like a finger-puppet, and had words and numbers written on it. Do you know if this toy had an actual name? Thanks! Is there a name for an origami-like toy that has numbers and words on it?
A cootie catcher? Is there a name for an origami-like toy that has numbers and words on it?
We used to call it a [paper/origami] fortune-teller.

The rules are to pick a number first and then whoever's holding it opens and closes it alternately the number of times of the number picked. Then the player picks one of the colors shown on the side that's open and then the one who's holding the fortune-teller opens and closes it alternately the number of times of the number of letters of the color. Then they pick a color again, and the one who's holding it opens and closes it alternately again and the player picks another color and the ';operator'; opens the flap the color is on and reads the words (';fortune';) that's on the flap.
We called it a fortune teller also, but my children called it a chatterbox (one of them made one with rude words inside, and got into terrible trouble at school!).
