It's their myspace ID number. You should be able to see yours on your myspace home page. They usually make those signs and take pictures with them as a ';salute';. That's when they want to prove who they are in case someone else were to steal their pictures and pose as them.

Copy the number after ';friendID='; and put that in your photo.
It's their myspace ID number, it's the number in your URL. They put them in the picture so people can't say they are fake, or take their pictures to make fake myspaces because the numbers won't match.
